Our region is popular for good restaurants with inexpensive restaurants. Enjoy the native “holstein-cuisine”, specialtys like “Fischbrötchen” or one of the international restaurants.

Bismark herring, herring, eel, mackerel, crab or pickled herring on an airy wheat bread and some salad are the key ingredients for the German fast food specialty. Traditional in northern Germany (at the coast) but known and popular in other European countrys.
